Order Processing Time

The Majority of orders are processed within 4 Business days, however please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed. Weekends and Holidays are not business days. We make every effort to fulfill orders within those first 4 Business days, but sometimes life gets busy.

Shipping is available to places within the USA, Mexico, and Canada.
Once items have been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once it is in hands of the shipping carrier. Please make sure to double check your address and email before placing an order. If an item is lost or stolen please file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier. 

MY TRACKING SAYS SHIPMENT CREATED 

This update means that your order is in pre-shipment, which means that we have printed & packed your order, but it has not been delivered to the carrier yet. Your tracking will update shortly afterward once USPS has received and scanned in your package.
